This book, shows the link between early paganism and the effects it has on the catholic church. It explains how the power they have is not necessarily from the God of the bible. It shows that some of the symbology looks Christian, but has pagan roots. It also shows, how other religions were affected by catholicism. Unfortunately what is hard to swallow, is when they said the charismatic movement was created by catholicism. I'm not so sure about that part. It still deserves five stars though.Product details

Let me first say that I enjoy JCs comics. I have read them for years and have found them to be interesting and certainly believable. For those who are thinking buying let me say that it is worth your money. BUT! Not all of what Mr. Jack says should be taken seriously. Firstly Alberto. A Catholic priest who rose to a Jesiut and went UNDER the Vatican . His story of his time in the Catholic church is BRUTAL and HEART WRENCHING. He gives us some of the pieces to the Catholic church's problems of HOMOSEXUALITY and LESBIANISM. And yes in the past the catholic church has murdered MILLIONS of innocent people during the inquisition. FACT!! But he claims the "Church" is responsible for cults,witchcraft,Mormonism,Jehovahs witnesses etc. But take away Albertos testimony and the Crusader series falls to p e i c e s. I found entertaining and enlightening but read at your risk

A heap load of information in a tiny comic book. Could not put it down. Still as relavant today and will always be.
Never have I read such an in depth study of the Catholic church and what a wise move to put it in comic book form. Jesus is the the only way to the father. I pray for the souls of those lost in that religion. And I pray for us, who follow pagan holidays, symbolism and tradition that the Holy Spirit will show us the way to deal with all this craziness!!
Shocking truths exposed. I grew up Catholic and still have family who are still members. I'm concerned about their souls. The church has such a hold on them.
The truth is out there. We need to continue to educate ourselves the past can continue to tell us about the future
